These terms apply when you use Lodeward. Lodeward is operated by Ashmont Pinnacle Advisory FZ-LLC, licence no. 47036759 and registration no. 0000004095797, issued by the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority, United Arab Emirates, referred to below as we or us.
What Lodeward does
You add a listing. Lodeward drafts adverts from it, runs them under your own advertising account once you approve them, captures and scores the enquiries, records the outcome your team ticks, and moves budget towards whichever advert produced real results.
Price
Adviser is USD 390 a month, Brokerage USD 1,200 a month and Firm from USD 2,500 a month. Every plan includes the whole product; the plans differ by seats, lead volume and support. Advertising spend is separate and is not paid to us.
Advertising spend is yours
Adverts run under your own Meta advertising account, and Meta bills your card directly. We never hold or handle that money. Lodeward decides how much each advert is allowed to spend within the budget you set, and you can change or stop that budget at any time. We are not responsible for what Meta charges you, for an advert Meta rejects, or for a change Meta makes to its platform or its rules.
Refunds
If Lodeward is not working for you, write to contact@lodeward.app within fourteen days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full, with no questions asked.
After that you can stop at the end of any month and we will not charge you again. We do not refund part of a month that has already run, and we cannot refund advertising spend, because it went to Meta rather than to us. If we take a payment in error we refund it in full whenever you tell us.
What you are responsible for
- The adverts you approve, including any claim made in them. Lodeward drafts, you publish.
- Having the right to market the properties you advertise, and complying with the advertising rules that apply to you, including any permit or licence number your regulator requires on a property advertisement.
- The people who answer your adverts: answering them, telling them how their details are used, and honouring a request to be deleted.
- Keeping your seats to your own team. Sharing an account beyond the seats you pay for is not permitted.
What we promise, and what we do not
We will run the service and fix faults that are ours as quickly as we reasonably can. We do not promise a particular number of leads, a cost per viewing, or any commercial result. Advertising outcomes depend on your property, your price, your market and your team, and nobody can promise otherwise honestly.
We are not responsible for a sale that does not happen, for a lead that goes cold, or for a decision you take on the strength of a report. Our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms removes a right you have under a law that applies to you and cannot be set aside by agreement.
Ending it
There is no minimum term. Tell us and we stop at the end of the month. Your adverts remain under your own advertising account, so stopping Lodeward does not stop your advertising; you control that with Meta.
We may end an account that breaks these terms, and in that case we refund the unused part of the month.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will change the date at the top, and if the change matters we will email you before it takes effect.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, and the courts there have jurisdiction.
