Privacy Policy

Lodeward is operated by Ashmont Pinnacle Advisory FZ-LLC, licence no. 47036759 and registration no. 0000004095797, issued by the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority, United Arab Emirates. This page explains what we hold, both about you and about the people who answer your adverts. It is written in plain language on purpose.
The short version
We hold your account, your listings, your advert results and the enquiries those adverts produce. We use them to show you which advert produced a viewing and to move budget accordingly. We do not sell any of it, and we do not use one customer's data to advise another.
What we hold about you
- Your name, work email address, company and the seats on your account.
- Your listings and the adverts drafted from them.
- The advertising account you connect, and the spend and performance figures we read back from it.
- Billing records. Your card number is held by our payment provider and never reaches us.
What we hold about your enquirers
This is the part that matters most, because these are people who never signed up with us.
- The contact details they submitted on your advert form, usually a name, a telephone number and an email address.
- Which advert produced the enquiry.
- The score, and the outcome your team records against it, such as whether a viewing happened.
We hold this on your behalf. You decide what happens with those people, you answer them, and you are the one who owes them a privacy notice. Lodeward does not contact them, does not market to them, and does not add them to anything of ours.
What Meta holds
Adverts run under your own advertising account and Meta bills you directly. Meta operates its own terms and its own data policies over what happens inside that account, and we do not control them. We read results from your account with your permission, and that permission can be withdrawn at any time.
Who else is involved
- Our hosting provider runs the service and stores the data.
- Our payment provider processes subscription payments.
- Meta serves the adverts and reports the results.
None of them is permitted to use your data, or your enquirers' data, for their own purposes.
Artificial intelligence
Lodeward drafts adverts and scores enquiries. Your data is not used to train any model of ours, and it is not shared with any provider for that purpose.
How long we keep it
Account and listing data is held while your account is open. Lead records are held while they are useful for reporting and then deleted on a rolling basis. If you close your account we delete your data, and the lead records held on your behalf, within thirty days, except where we have to keep billing records for accounting purposes.
What you can ask for
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If one of your enquirers asks you to delete their record, tell us and we remove it. Write to privacy@lodeward.app.
Cookies
The Lodeward site does not set advertising cookies. The application uses what it needs to keep you signed in.
Changes
If we change this page we will change the date at the top, and if the change matters we will email account holders before it takes effect.
