Lodeward is operated by Ashmont Pinnacle Advisory, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Ashmont Pinnacle Advisory, and "Lodeward" means the software described on this site.
This policy covers two different groups of people, and it is worth being clear which one applies to you. The first is anyone who visits this site or contacts us about the software. The second is anyone who submits an enquiry through a property advert that a client of ours runs using Lodeward.
If you contact us through this site
The contact form on this site collects your name, your email address and your message. We use them only to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. Form submissions are handled by Web3Forms, which passes them to our email inbox.
We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not sell or rent your details to anyone, and we do not use them for advertising.
If you submitted an enquiry through an advert
When you complete an enquiry form on Facebook or Instagram, the answers you gave are passed to Lodeward so that the business advertising the property can reply to you. That business decides what to ask and what to do with your answers. We provide the software and process the information on their instructions.
What is received and stored:
- the answers you submitted, which usually means your name, email address, telephone number and any questions the advertiser added
- a reference for the advert and the enquiry form that produced your enquiry
- a short suggested reply and a rating of how ready to proceed the enquiry appears, both produced automatically
- whether the enquiry later led to a viewing or a sale, recorded by the advertiser
The rating is used only to help the advertiser decide who to contact first. It is not a credit assessment, it is not shared with anyone outside that business, and it has no effect on anything beyond the order in which enquiries are handled.
Automated processing
The suggested reply and the rating are generated by an artificial intelligence service, currently provided by Anthropic. Your answers are sent to that service so the text can be produced. They are not used to train models.
No decision that affects your legal position is made automatically. A person at the advertising business decides whether and how to contact you.
Who else handles the information
We use a small number of suppliers, each for one purpose only:
- Meta, which operates Facebook and Instagram and collects the enquiry form you completed
- Cloudflare, which hosts this site, the software and the database
- Anthropic, which generates the suggested reply and the rating
- Web3Forms, which delivers messages sent through the contact form on this site
Nobody else receives your information, other than the business that placed the advert, and any authority we are legally required to disclose it to.
How long it is kept
Enquiry records are kept for as long as the advertising business remains a client, and are deleted within ninety days of that ending, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Contact form messages are kept for two years.
Where it is held
The database is hosted by Cloudflare and information may be processed on servers outside the United Arab Emirates, including in the European Union and the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected wherever it is held.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Where the enquiry came through an advert, we will pass your request to the business that placed it, since they decide what happens to it.
Send your request through the contact form on this site and we will respond within thirty days.
Security
Access is limited to the people who need it. Credentials are stored encrypted, and every enquiry received from Meta is checked cryptographically before it is accepted, so that data cannot be injected by anyone else.
Children
Lodeward is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under eighteen. We do not knowingly collect information about children.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. The address of this page will stay the same, so any link to it will continue to work.
